Kreate Group Plc will publish its financial reports 2022 as follows:
26.1.2022 Financial Statement Release for financial period ending on 31 December 2021
27.4.2022 Interim Report for January–March 2022
27.7.2022 Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2022
26.10.2022 Interim Report for January–September 2022
Kreate observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing interim reports, half-year reports and financial statements. During the silent period company’s spokespersons do not comment on the company’s financial situation or general outlook, nor meet investors or analysts.
Kreate Group’s Financial Review for 2021 will be available in Finnish and English at https://kreate.fi/en/ during the week 9, 2022.
Kreate Group’s Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Kreate Group’s Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting.
