VR Group’s annual report for 2022 has been published
VR-Group Plc’s annual report for 2022 has been published today, on 7 March 2023. The annual report includes the Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Corporate Responsibility Report, and the Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report.
VR-Group Plc is also publishing the Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements as an Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements, the notes to the consolidated financial statements and the company’s identification data have been marked up with iXBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy has provided an independent reasonable assurance report on VR-Group Plc’s Finnish-language ESEF financial statements. The assurance engagement was carried out in accordance with the ISAE 3000 assurance engagement standard.
All of the aforementioned sections of the 2022 annual report are attached to this release as PDF files and available in Finnish and English. The Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements are also attached as an XHTML file. The annual report is also published today in Finnish and English on the website 2022.vrgroupraportti.fi.
