Dar Completes Acquistion of Su-Yapı
Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners) – Dar, a renowned international multidisciplinary consultancy, has acquired a majority stake in Su-Yapı Engineering & Consulting – Su-Yapı, one of Türkiye’s premier engineering consulting firms. With some 200 multidisciplinary professionals, Su-Yapı is a regional leader in water, wastewater, infrastructure, energy, dams and hydropower.

This acquisition is a strategic move by Dar to strengthen its foothold in Türkiye and Central Asia and reinforce its leadership position in the Middle East and Africa in water resources, dams and hydropower.
