Edgewater Networks Taking Unified Communications Market Insights on the Road

Edgewater Networks, a market leader in enabling real-time communications for service providers through Network Edge Orchestration, announced today a five-stop roadshow about unified communications (UC) market research in conjunction with BroadSoft and Polycom. Each stop in the Roadshow will include a briefing that delivers valuable insights to service providers about selling UC services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Europe.

“The SME market for unified communications is set to grow exponentially over the next 2 or 3 years,” said Glynn Jones, VP EMEA Channels at Polycom. “The Edgewater Networks research found that there’s a $26 billion opportunity for service providers, VARs, and MSPs to capture if they can take the right approach to selling to SMEs. These Roadshow events will cover a number of different topics regarding UC sales in the SME market. Some of these topics include purchase drivers, current (and planned) buying behaviors, as well as the products and services SME customers are looking for as they approach UC vendors.
