Momentin Group strengthens its leadership – Antti Roiha appointed as Group CEO starting 4 September

Antti Roiha has been involved with Momentin Group companies already for a few years as a part-time resource within specific projects and development tasks. Starting from September, he will be assigned the role as the supervisor of Momentin Group’s operative businesses and management team as well as the CEO of group companies Mallaskoski Oy and Momentin Restaurants Oy. Mallaskoski brewery and restaurant company Momentin Restaurants do not currently have a named CEO.

The managing directors of the other group companies, i.e. the import company Brew Seeker Oy and the Baltic subsidiaries, will remain as they are. The Baltic subsidiaries are Momentin companies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, all active in the beverage import and distribution business, as well as retail and e-commerce chain eDrinks in Estonia.

Antti brings new energy and vision, which will help us to better tackle the future challenges and opportunities in all group companies”, states the owner of Momentin Group Teemu Lehto, whose role will change more clearly to the Chairman of the Board of Momentin Group.

Roiha emphasizes that as the partners in group subsidiaries and other key personnel remain as they are, together with Teemu Lehto’s significant role as the Chairman, the positive continuity of the group’s great story is ensured.

”At the same time, I believe that in my new role I can also support change and promote new things, which will help Momentin Group to boldly pursue profitable growth also for decades to come”, concludes Roiha.

Momentin Group, owned by the Lehto family, employs approx. 150 dedicated experts in their fields. The Group’s turnover in 2023 is around 25 million euros.
