“We are very familiar with the challenges facing dealers and workshops. This is why we have adapted our services to meet their needs”, says Andreas Faulstich, Head of B2B at Yourtyres.co.uk. “Our goal is to offer our commercial customers the best chance of having a successful winter season and winning new customers. For this to happen, three things are essential: flexibility, fair conditions, and opportunities to expand their own business.”
The key word is flexibility: thanks to its comprehensive range of tyre brands and models, Yourtyres.co.uk covers the entire market spectrum, from low-priced quality tyres to premium products. The advantages for tyre retailers and workshops: they can react flexibly to customer demand. Faulstich explains: “Thanks to the fact that we have our own warehouse, we offer excellent product availability. This enables our commercial customers to offer products for a wide range of customer groups without having to stock all the products themselves. In this way, they can meet every need while still saving space. It also means they don’t have to tie up large amounts of capital in stock.
Yourtyres.co.uk builds its partnership-based trading model on fair terms: there are no minimum order quantities or order costs, and there are a range of payment and return options. “That’s why a look at our shop is always worthwhile”, says Faulstich. Searching for suitable products is simple and straightforward: simply use the matchcode or the car model to find the right tyres in an instant. Customer reviews from the Delticom tyre testing platform Tyretest.com are also displayed on the corresponding product pages at Yourtyres.co.uk, thus making the purchase decision even easier. Yourtyres.co.uk has also made sure that its products are easy to find via mobile devices thanks to its own app and responsive website design. This offers dealers the added advantage that they can, for example, advise their customers from right beside their vehicles.
On top of the convenient shop functions and shopping advantages, additional Delticom B2B services offer further potential for new customer acquisition and extra business. “For example, the cooperation as a fitting station partner makes it possible to expand one’s business to include customers who order their tyres in one of Delticom’s B2C shops such as Mytyres.co.uk. An effective and profitable combination of online and offline trading,” explains Faulstich.
Yourtyres.co.uk is the exclusive online store from Delticom AG for workshops, retailers, wholesalers, tyre fitters/service stations and car accessories. With over 15 years’ expertise in the online tyre business, the Yourtyres.co.uk specialist B2B team offers its clients a spectacular range of car and motorbike tyres of all brands and dimensions for all types of vehicles, tyres for light trucks, trucks and buses, custom tyres, complete wheel sets, car spare parts and accessories, engine oil and batteries. In addition to favourable purchasing conditions, retail clients benefit from the online shop’s time-saving tyre search function, high availability, reliable delivery thanks to in-house warehouses, as well as a simple registration process with no hidden costs - from the very first tyre.
