Kempower's Annual Report 2021 is published today in PDF format. The Annual Report contains financial statements for 2021, the Report of the Board of Directors, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report 2021. The Annual report is published in Finnish and English.

Kempower has also published the Remuneration Policy for the Governing Bodies, which will be presented in the Annual General Meeting 2022. The Policy sets the principles for the remuneration of the company's governing bodies.
