Puuilo’s Annual Report 2021 has been published

Puuilo has today published its Annual Report 2021 in Finnish and English.  The Annual Report includes section Puuilo 2021, Sustainability Report, Report by the Board of Directors and financial statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement.

The financial statements include the consolidated financial statements and the parent company’s financial statements. The review of non-financial information is included in the Report by the Board of Directors.

The Corporate Governance section of the Annual Report comprises the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Statement.

Puuilo 2021 report section provides a review of Puuilo’s strategy and its execution.

Puuilo also provides an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements in the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The firm of authorised public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Puuilo’s Finnish-language ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
