Netum Group Plc's subsidiary Cerion Solutions Oy has won a tender for the delivery of professional knowledge management services to the Kainuu welfare area

Cerion Solutions Oy, a subsidiary of IT service company Netum Group Plc, has won the tendering process of Kuntien Tiera Oy for the provision of professional services to the Kainuu Joint Municipal Authority for Health and Social Services (Kainuu Health and Social Services, Kainuun sote). The system to be introduced will replace the knowledge management system used by Kainuun sote, which does not meet the information needs of the welfare area. In addition to health and social services systems, the Rescue Services’ national knowledge management system will be integrated into the knowledge management system. 

Kuntien Tiera Oy applied through a competitive tendering process for a team of knowledge management professionals to help develop, implement and deploy customer knowledge management systems. Assignments may also include support tasks for knowledge management systems or continuous service.

The decision will be final after the end of the appeal period in accordance with the Procurement Act. Thereafter,the agreement will be valid until 31 December 2025, and it can be extended for two two-year option periods.
