Nordic Lights’ financial calendar for 2023

Nordic Lights will publish its Financial Statements Review, Half Year Financial Review and two Business Reviews in 2023 as follows:

February 16, 2023 - Financial Statements Review for 2022

May 24, 2023 – Business Review for January­­–March 2023

August 24, 2023 - Half Year Financial Review for January–June 2023

November 1, 2023 - Business Review for January–September 2023

 

The Annual Report for 2022 will be published during the week starting on March 13, 2023 (week 11) at the latest.

Nordic Lights’ Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Nordic Lights’ Board of Directors will summon the meeting later.

A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors on February 28, 2023, at the latest.
