Administer Plc’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2024

Administer Plc will publish financial reports in 2024 as follows:
- Financial statement release for 2023 on Wednesday 6 March 2024
- Q1 Business review for January–March 2024 on Wednesday 8 May 2024
- Half-year financial report for January–June 2024 on Thursday 15 August 2024
- Q3 Business review for January–September 2024 on Wednesday 6 November 2024
The annual report including the report of the Board of Directors and financial statements for 2023 will be published during week 12/2024 (the week commencing on 18 March).
Administer Group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held in Helsinki on Wednesday, 10 April 2024. The company’s Board of Directors will convene the AGM later.
