Sunborn International Plc publishes its disclosure policy and Investor Calendar for 2025

The Board of Directors of Sunborn International Plc has approved the company's new disclosure policy at its constitutive meeting on 22 April 2025. 

In deviation from the disclosure policy previously followed by Rush Factory Plc, Sunborn International Plc publishes financial releases twice a year: the half-year report and the financial statement release, financial statements and annual report. The schedule for reporting within the scope of the periodic disclosure obligation is published in the company's Event Calendar https://www.sbih.group/investor-calendar. In accordance with the new disclosure policy, the company may also decide to publish in English in addition to Finnish. 

The disclosure policy describes the key principles and procedures according to which Sunborn International Plc communicates with capital market participants. It includes, among other things, policies on the company's periodic and ongoing disclosure obligation, the procedure for delaying the disclosure of inside information, the disclosure of future outlooks and profit warnings, the disclosure of flagging notifications, and information on communication channels. In addition, the disclosure policy describes the company's investor relations practices and the roles of the spokespersons.
