The 545 633 new shares in Administer Plc subscribed in the directed share issue announced on 17 April 2025 have been entered in the trade register today 30 April 2025. Due to the share issues, the number of shares in Administer increased from 14,408,542 to 14 954 175.
Public trading of the new shares in Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland together with other shares in Administer will begin on or about 2 May 2025. The new shares produce all shareholder rights from the day of their registration in the trade register.
