Change in VR's segment reporting
VR-Group Plc, stock exchange release, 7 May 2025 at 12.00 EEST
In VR-Group Plc's segment reporting, VR's real estate unit and VR FleetCare Ltd will be reported in their entirety under the Other Operations group as of 1 January 2025. In 2024, the real estate business and the Group's internal maintenance operations were reported as part of the business segments. The change will affect the comparable EBITDA and operating result of the business segments. The change will improve the business segments' business profitability monitoring and reporting transparency. In this release, the comparable figures for 2024 are published in accordance with the new reporting method.
