Gofore selected as partner for Digital and Population Data Services Agency in a wide frame agreement 

Gofore has been selected as a partner for the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) in a comprehensive framework agreement tender. Gofore participated in three of the five areas of the tender, with a total value of 250 million euros.

The length of the newly tendered contract period is five years, but contracts made under it may also last until the end of 2031. In the actual procurement, area-specific priority order is followed. Estimated total values and number of selected suppliers of the areas Gofore was chosen for are:
- 107 million euros, including six other suppliers, Gofore on priority order 3.
- 80 million euros, including five other suppliers, Gofore on priority order 2.

An area with a total value of 34 million euros is still awaiting a procurement decision, and Gofore will communicate this separately or as part of its financial reporting, depending on its priority order in this area of the tender.

The framework arrangement involves the provision of expert IT services to meet DVV's needs, both as ongoing services and as projects. The expert services to be procured relate to the definition, development, implementation, further development, maintenance, and assurance of quality and information security for various information systems, applications, or similar of DVV. 

Gofore has collaborated with DVV for over 10 years.

We also see the development of a European digital identity wallet as a very strategic area moving forward, says Gofore's CEO Mikael Nylund. 

The procurement volumes presented in the request for proposals are estimates, and the customer is not obligated to make any minimum purchases. Gofore received the procurement decision today, 11 June 2025, and the decision becomes valid after the appeal period under Finnish procurement law has expired.
