Gofore Plc completes acquisition of own shares 

Gofore has completed the acquisition of its own shares, which the company announced on 29 August 2025, when the program also began. The company acquired a total of 75,000 of its own shares from 29 August 2025 to 22 September 2025, at an average price of 14.5054 euros per share, totaling 1.1 million euros. The shares were acquired through public trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy at the market price at the time of acquisition. 

The acquisition of own shares was based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 11 April 2025. Purpose of the purchase program was to acquire the company’s own shares to be used in obligations related to current and possibly future incentive arrangements the staff of the Gofore Group and share-based rewards paid to key people.

At the end of the acquisition program, Gofore Plc holds a total of 79,931 of its own shares, which represent 0.50 percent of all the company's shares. The total number of Gofore shares is 15,960,112.
