Changes in Digital Workforce Services Plc’s Management Team – Louise Wall Appointed Managing Director, UK & Ireland Healthcare

Digital Workforce Services Plc has appointed Louise Wall (BA Hons, Business studies) as Managing Director of Healthcare UK & Ireland and a member of the company’s Management Team, effective October 1, 2025. In this role, Wall will oversee the healthcare business in the region and report to the CEO.

Wall is the founder of e18 Innovation Ltd., the NHS’s independent automation and AI partner, acquired by Digital Workforce. With over 25 years of experience working alongside the health service, she has built her career on driving digital transformation that provides measurable benefits for patients, staff, and organizations. Under her leadership, e18 evolved from a specialized consultancy into a nationally recognized provider of automation platforms, services, and governance models.

“We are very pleased to welcome Louise to Digital Workforce and our management team. She brings extensive experience in NHS healthcare processes, one of Europe’s largest healthcare systems by scale and scope, and a proven track record of driving growth and building successful businesses. Louise will play a key role in executing our strategy to grow our healthcare business globally and to achieve a market-leading position in social and healthcare care-pathway solutions,” says Jussi Vasama, CEO of Digital Workforce.

“I’m excited to join Digital Workforce and help healthcare organisations embed automation and AI as part of long-term, system-wide transformation. With the UK government’s significant investment in digital, we are ideally positioned to help NHS teams unlock funding. We will deliver measurable outcomes, reducing backlogs, improving patient flow and care, and freeing staff time across clinical and corporate services through Digital Workforce’s innovative end-to-end automation and AI solutions,” says Louise Wall, Managing Director, Healthcare UK & Ireland of Digital Workforce.

In addition to this appointment, the company has revised the roles of Stefan Meller and Karli Kalpala, both members of the Management Team.
