A total of 342,477 new shares subscribed for in Digital Workforce Services Plc’s directed share issue, announced on 1 October 2025, have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today, on 6 October 2025. After the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the company is 11,690,525 shares.
The new shares will confer equal rights to the company's existing shares from the date of registration.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.’s First North Growth Market Finland marketplace approximately from 7 October 2025 onwards.
