Sunborn International Plc has rescheduled its Capital Markets Day, which was originally planned for Monday, 3 November 2025. The event will now take place on Monday, 4 May 2026 at 12:00 EEST at Flik Studio Eliel in Helsinki, Finland. 

The decision to reschedule was made to enable the company to provide investors and analysts with a more comprehensive update on the company’s international developments, growth plans and financial performance. The new date aligns with the publication of Sunborn International Plc’s full-year 2025 results and the one-year anniversary of the company’s listing on NASDAQ First North Growth Market. Further details regarding the Capital Markets Day will be published closer to the date of the event.
