Sunborn International Plc has appointed Dale Hipsh as Executive Vice President of Development & Growth, effective from October. 

Serving as a key member of the Executive Team, Hipsh will strengthen the company’s focus on international expansion, operational excellence, and next-generation hospitality innovation. In his new role, he will lead Sunborn International’s global development initiatives and play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s broader growth strategy. 

Hipsh brings more than 30 years of international hospitality development and operational leadership experience. He has played a senior role in delivering and launching more than 40 major hotel and resort projects worldwide, with a record of success orchestrating over USD 10 billion in large, complex hotel openings, including major new developments across North America, Europe, and Asia. 

Hipsh has previously held senior executive roles with Hard Rock International, including Senior Vice President of Hotels, where he oversaw global hotel operations and development activities. His earlier leadership experience includes operational responsibility for resort and casino portfolios generating more than USD 300 million in annual revenues, as well as senior roles at Atlantis Paradise Island, Ritz-Carlton, and Hyatt. 

The appointment supports Sunborn International’s strategic focus on strengthening its development platform, enhancing project capabilities, and advancing its long-term growth agenda.
