Sunborn International Plc applies for listing on OTC Markets in the United States

Sunborn International Plc today submitted an application to have its shares listed on the OTC Markets platform in the United States. The planned listing would enable U.S. investors to trade Sunborn International Plc’s shares in the United States under a ticker symbol to be assigned by OTC Markets. 

Sunborn International Plc’s primary listing will remain on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Helsinki, and the potential OTC quotation would serve as a secondary trading venue. The purpose of the planned OTC quotation is to facilitate trading by U.S. investors and to increase international visibility. The quotation does not involve the issuance of new shares in Sunborn International Plc. The application process is expected to take several weeks, and further updates will be announced when appropriate.
