27 February 2026: Financial Statements Release 2025 

31 March 2026: Annual Report 2025 

30 April 2026: Business Review Q1 2026 

14 August 2026: Half-year Report 2026 

13 November 2026: Business Review Q3 2026 

Capital Markets Day for investors, analysts and media representatives is planned to be held on 4 May 2026. 

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 9 June 2026. The Board of Directors of Sunborn International Plc will convene the meeting separately on a later date.
