Pohjolan Voima Oyj’s Financial Statements Release 2025

Pohjolan Voima’s electricity supply in 2025 amounted to 16.5 (16.4) TWh and heat supply to 2.4 (2.5) TWh. Turnover was EUR 834 (834) million.

99.7% (99.5%) of the electricity and 91.4% (88.6%) of the heat produced by Pohjolan Voima was carbon neutral. In Pohjolan Voima's production, carbon-neutral energy includes hydropower and nuclear power, as well as energy produced from wood-based fuels that meet sustainability criteria, and the bio share of solid recovered fuels.  

Pohjolan Voima’s investments amounted to EUR 18 (22) million, the most significant of which was the overhaul of the turbines at the Melo power plant operated by its subsidiary PVO‑Vesivoima Oy.
