GRK Infra Plc’s full annual reporting for 2025 was published today, Friday, 6 March 2026, at: https://www.grk.fi/reports/
GRK’s Annual Report consists of the following sections:
- Annual review
- Report of the Board of Directors and financial statements (including the Sustainability Report)
- Governance (Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report)
The Sustainability Report included in the Board of Directors’ report has been prepared on the basis of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in accordance with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards).
The Board of Directors’ report and financial statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The main calculations and notes to the consolidated financial statements are annotated with XBRL tags. The financial statements include the auditor’s report, the assurance report on the sustainability report and the ESEF assurance report.
The Annual Report has been published in both English and Finnish. The Annual Report is attached as a PDF file in English and the financial statements as an XHTML file in Finnish. The reports are also available on the company’s website at: https://www.grk.fi/reports/
