Lehto Group Plc has published the Annual Report and Remuneration Report 2024. The Annual Report includes Financial Statements, the Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and the Corporate Governance Statement.

All the documents are available at Lehto Group’s website www.lehto.fi/en/investors. The documents are available both in Finnish and English.

Lehto publishes also the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML).
