POHJOLAN VOIMA OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 24 MARCH 2026
Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Pohjolan Voima Oyj
Pohjolan Voima Oyj’s Annual General Meeting was held in Helsinki today, on 24 March 2026. The Annual General Meeting adopted the financial statements for 2025 and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability. The Annual General Meeting resolved that the profit for the financial year, EUR 87,344.16, be transferred to retained earnings, and that no dividend is distributed.
The Annual General Meeting elected Pohjolan Voima Oyj’s Board of Directors for the term that ends at the close of the next Annual General Meeting. Elected Board of Directors’ members are: Tapio Korpeinen, Kaarlo Höysniemi, Anders Renvall, Jukka Hakkila, Maija Ruska, Wilhelm Wolff, Rami Vuola, Kirsi Hautala and Lauri Inna.
For the financial year 2026, PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, which appointed Pasi Karppinen, APA, as the principal auditor, was elected as the auditor. For the financial year 2027, the Annual General Meeting elected Ernst & Young Oy as the auditor, with Mikko Rytilahti, APA, as the principal auditor.
Further, the Annual General Meeting resolved that the entire share capital of Tornionlaakson Voima Oy (TLV), 50% owned by PVO-Vesivoima Oy, will be sold to Magnus Finnish Hold Co Oy, managed by Downing LLP.
