The General Meeting of The Mortgage Society of Finland has on March 25.3.2026 taken the following decisions: 

The following members of the Supervisory Board who had reached the end of their term in office were re-elected for a new three-year term: Mr Markus Heino, Mr Elias Oikarinen, Ms Maija Urponen and Ms Mari Vaattovaara. Mr Henrik Lönnqvist was elected as new member of the Supervisory Board in place of Mr Timo Aro, who stepped down from Supervisory Board. 

The financial statements 2025 was confirmed. The Board of Directors and other accountable persons were granted discharge. 

Ernst & Young Oy was selected to continue as auditor with Mr Miikka Hietala, APA, as the auditor-in-charge. 

The Mortgage Society of Finland's Supervisory Board has on March 25, 2026 taken the following decisions: 

Mr Hannu Hokka continues as Chair and Mr Timo Kaisanlahti as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board. Mr Kallepekka Osara and Ms Maija Urponen were appointed inspectors and Mr Hannu Saarijärvi and Ms Liisa Suvikumpu deputy inspectors of the Supervisory Board. 

Ms Sari Lounasmeri, Mr Harri Hiltunen, Ms Hanna-Mari Heikkinen, Mr Pasi Holm, Mr Mikko Huopio, Ms Erika Launonen, Mr Ari Pauna and Ms Salla Seppä will continue as members of the Board of Directors. 

The Mortgage Society of Finland's Board of Directors has on March 26, 2026 taken the following decisions: 

Ms Sari Lounasmeri continues as Chair, Mr Harri Hiltunen as Vice Chair and Mr Mikko Huopio as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Ms Sari Lounasmeri (Chair), Mr Harri Hiltunen and Ms Erika Launonen continues as members of the Board of Director's Risk Management Comittee. Ms Sari Lounasmeri (Chair), Ms Hanna-Maria Heikkinen (Vice Chair), Mr Pasi Holm and Ms Salla Seppä continues as members of the Audit Committee.

Members of The Mortgage Society of Finland's Management Group ar Mr Ari Pauna (Chair), Mr Mikko Huopio (Vice Chair), Ms Tiina Helokivi, Mr Juho Pajari, Mr Mikke Pietilä, Ms Elli Reunanen, Mr Antti Tolonen, Mr Pekka Turunen and Ms Outi Wasenius.

Decortations of Honour

On 3 December 2025, the President of the Republic of Finland awarded the following decorations of honour to the following current and former members of Hypo's governing bodies:

• Sari Lounasmeri: The Order of the White Rose of Finland Knight First Class (FWR K I)
• Kai Heinonen:  The Order of the White Rose of Finland Knight First Class (FWR K I)
• Hannu Kuusela: The Order of the Lion of Finland Knight First Class (FL K I)
• Tuija Virtanen: The Order of the White Rose of Finland Knight (FWR K )
• Mikael Englund: The Order of the White Rose of Finland Knight (FWR K )
• Riitta Vahela-Kohonen: The Order of the White Rose of Finland Cross of Merit (FWR Cm)

The decorations were presented and celebrated in conjunction with yesterday’s Annual General Meeting.
