Administer Plc’s new shares have been entered in the trade register

The 40 000 new shares in Administer Plc subscribed in the directed share issue announced on 26 March 2026 have been entered in the trade register today 31 March 2026. After the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the company is 14 994 175 of which 50 936 shares are held by the company as treasury shares.
Public trading of the new shares in Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland together with other shares in Administer will begin on or about 2 April 2026. The new shares produce all shareholder rights from the day of their registration in the trade register.
