Lehto Group Plc: Change in Lehto’s financial management

Lehto Group Plc (“the Company”) and the Company’s CFO Veli-Pekka Paloranta have jointly agreed that the employment relationship between Paloranta and the Company will end by the end of August 2026, after which Paloranta will continue as an advisor to the Company for the present.

The arrangement is intended to ensure a controlled transition, continuity of financial reporting and smooth fulfillment of listed company obligations. The Company has initiated measures to hire a new CFO.
