Kreate Group’s financial reporting in 2027

Kreate Group Plc will publish its financial reports in 2027 as follows:

• 5 February 2027: Financial Statement Release for financial period ending on 31 December 2026
• 23 April 2027: Interim Report for January–March 2027
• 14 July 2027: Half Year Financial Report for January–June 2027
• 27 October 2027: Interim Report for January–September 2027

Kreate observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing interim reports, half-year reports and financial statements. During the silent period company’s spokespersons do not comment on the company’s financial situation or general outlook, nor meet investors or analysts.

Kreate Group’s Annual Review for 2026 will be available in Finnish and English at https://kreategroup.fi/en/ during week 9, 2027.

Kreate Group’s Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for 31 March 2027. The Board of Directors of Kreate Group will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later date. Instructions and the deadline concerning shareholders’ right to submit proposals will be published on the company’s website at https://kreategroup.fi/en/governance/general-meeting/ by 31 December 2026.
