Puuilo has today received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Sections 6 and 7 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

According to the notification, the holding of Danske Bank A/S has decreased below the threshold of 5 % on July 5, 2021 and is now 0.88 % per cent of all of the registered shares in Puuilo. The notifier’s holding according to the notification:
