DNA’s corporate business will be merged into one strong entity instead of four separate units. Following corporate restructuring, DNA has concluded the cooperation negotiations initiated in August.

The reorganisation will involve DNA merging its DNA Business unit, its subsidiary Forte Netservices Oy focusing on corporate data security solutions, and TDC Oy and TDC Hosting Oy, both acquired in early June, into one strong corporate business unit. It will also include DNA's technology and IT units as well as support functions.

As part of the restructuring, DNA launched cooperative negotiations in August, where the need for a cut of a maximum of 150 employees was estimated. As a result of the restructuring, DNA will make 65 employees redundant, and additionally 15 employees under voluntary arrangements that include retirement. Employee relocation to new duties within DNA reduced the number of employees made redundant.

- With the reorganisation, we will create a uniform entity from the best practices of four different companies. At the same time, we will uphold good customer service, which has been both DNA's and TDC's strength, says DNA’s CEO Jukka Leinonen.

DNA acquired TDC Oy and TDC Hosting Oy in early June in order to strengthen its existing corporate business functions. Following the cooperation negotiations, DNA will have about 1,700 employees.

Koululaistutkimus: Reilu kolmasosa vanhemmista valinnut lapsen ensipuhelimeksi kellopuhelimen – niiden suosiossa huima loikka vuodessa11.6.2026 08:30:00 EEST | Tiedote

DNA:n Koululaistutkimukseen tänä vuonna osallistuneista 5–12-vuotiaiden lasten vanhemmista 36 prosenttia kertoi hankkineensa kellopuhelimen lapsensa ensipuhelimeksi.
