DNA has industry’s most satisfied business customers in mobile phone services

In the B2B sector, customers gave DNA's mobile phone services top ratings in all the research areas. Furthermore, DNA was the only operator able to increase its customer satisfaction from the previous year's survey. Customer service and customer loyalty have improved, among others.

We have expanded our customer base in recent years through business acquisitions and we are strongly motivated to improve even further,” says Hannu Rokka, Senior Vice President, DNA Business.

In the B2C field, DNA’s scores in customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have improved. Customers’ willingness to change operators has also decreased from the previous last year.
