The Fortune 500 company Shanghai Pharmaceuticals enters the dental equipment market by acquiring Finnish dental equipment company Fimet Oy and its operations in Finland and China

With joined forces the companies will benefit from large scales of purchase volumes and manufacturing. This combined with European technology gives strategic edge. “We will continue to look for partners in the European market, looking for suitable new technologies and new products, and constantly enrich our product portfolio to offer more complete solutions to dental professionals” comments Mr. Shen Qi from Shanghai Pharmaceuticals.

The sellers consist of a group of private investors and entrepreneurs.
