Neste Corporation chooses Silta as payroll administration partner

Payroll and HR service company Silta Oy, which is part of Administer Group, will take charge of Neste Corporation’s payroll services starting from 1 April 2022. In accordance with the long-term contract between the companies, Silta offers Neste comprehensive outsourced payroll services. In connection with the partnership, six payroll experts will transfer from Neste to Silta Oy as old employees in the framework of a business transfer.

“We assessed the development measures relating to Neste’s payroll services for its personnel in Finland from different perspectives, such as the quality and reliability of the service process and the related system solutions. A partnership with Silta was considered the best option going forward,” states Miia Lehmuskoski, Vice President of HR Excellence at Neste.

As part of the partnership, Neste’s payroll system will be replaced with a new and effective solution. By choosing the system that best meets the needs of the customer, Silta also ensures that administrative tasks, such as regulatory notifications and reporting, are carried out reliably and on time. Silta combines the work experience of the transferring employees, the broad expertise of Finland’s largest payroll service provider and the opportunities enabled by modern technology, lifting Neste’s payroll administration to a whole new level.
