First ever Nike store in Finland to be open in Sello Shopping Centre

Nike is the world’s largest Athleisure brand, offering both performance and lifestyle Apparel, Footwear, and Equipment, for all Women, Men, and Kids.

“The new Nike store will launch in August, and we’re eagerly awaiting its grand opening. Nike’s arrival represents a excellent addition to Sello’s selection of leisure industry brands” Kouvalainen says.

Nike by Sello is owned and operated by Retailors Ltd (FOX Group), a key Nike Stores Partner.

New entrance to Sello

Nike’s new store will be located next to Sello’s new entrance on Alberganpromenadi. The location is excellent, as the new entrance and corridor will serve many groups, including the passengers using the Jokeri Light Rail line.

“According to current estimates, around 10,000 travellers will pass through Sello’s stop every weekday. The new stop will include a direct entrance to the shopping centre, meaning that the Jokeri Light Rail line will allow even more people to access Sello’s shops and services than ever before.”

The corridor, which is currently under construction, will feature both new stores and current options available at Sello. For example, Life, the leading health and wellbeing chain in the Nordic region, will move its store from Sellonaukio Square to the corridor, and also a new pharmacy starts serving customers on the East side of Sello by the end of summer 2023.
