Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s service location in Rovaniemi is moving – exceptions to opening hours in June
Tax Administration services are also available at the same customer service facilities.
Exceptions to opening hours due to the move
Most matters do not require a visit to a Digital and Population Data Services Agency service location and can be handled through electronic service channels or the telephone service instead. These channels are available as usual, and the change in customer service facilities will not affect their service hours.
If your matter requires a visit to our service location, we will serve you in Rovaniemi as follows:
- The last day we serve by appointment at the old address (Lähteentie 2, 3rd floor) is Thursday, 25 May 2023 from 9:00 to 12:00.
- Due to the move, our customer service facilities will be closed between 26 May and 1 June 2023.
- Our customer service will open at the new address (Hallituskatu 5C) on Thursday, 8 June at 9:00. Appointments are available already for Friday, 2 June 2023.
We serve mainly by appointment, so if your matter requires visiting our service location, please book an appointment in advance.

When customer service facilities are closed, documents submitted to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency can be left in the mailbox located outside the front door of the agency’s new service location from Monday, 29 May 2023 onwards.
