BM3EAC Corp. Cancellation of Ordinary Shares in Treasury
BM3EAC Corp. (the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability and listed on Euronext Amsterdam, the regulated market operated by Euronext Amsterdam N.V., announces that the Company's board of directors has decided, by a unanimous written resolution passed on 12 September 2023, that it is in the Company's interests to cancel with immediate effect 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury by the Company. Following this cancellation, the Company still holds 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
