The Finnish Defense Forces have entered into an automation services agreement with Digital Workforce, valued at 1.2M euros.
The Finnish Defense Forces have inked a deal with Digital Workforce for automation services. This contract encompasses RPA and Artificial Intelligence solutions along with related professional services. The estimated worth of this procurement stands around 1.2M euros for the entire contract duration, which spans up to three years. The collaboration between Digital Workforce and the Defense Forces commenced in 2017.
The Defense Forces are persistently aiming to automate service production processes and operations, a significant portion of which involves routine manual work on information systems. RPA can dramatically enhance performance and reallocate resources towards more strategic tasks.
Furthermore, the Defense Forces are endeavoring to broaden the range of automation across organizational units and are gearing up to automate the first end-to-end operational processes.
The Defense Forces place substantial emphasis on the security and reliability of solutions under all circumstances.
In-house experts from the Defense Forces are collaborating closely with Digital Workforce to design and implement the organization's automation solutions.

Digital Workforce ja Atostek toimivat 2M-IT Oy:n alihankkijoina. Tehty sopimus ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta. Hankittava palvelu otetaan käyttöön Varsinais- Suomen, Satakunnan, Pohjanmaan ja Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueilla. Päätöksen palvelun käyttöönotosta on tehnyt kunkin hyvinvointialueen toimivaltainen päätöselin. Ensimmäisten projektien on määrä alkaa kesäkuussa. Digital Workforce and 2M-IT's contract partner Atostek will provide a SaaS service for converting and migrating customer and patient data for four Welfare Regions. The total number of systems to be migrated is more than 130. 2M-IT Oy will procure the SaaS -service system as part of its own service provision and production for customers. Atostek and Digital Workforce will act as subcontractors to 2M-IT Oy. The signed contract does not contain a minimum purchase obligation. The acquired service will be used at the Welfare Regions of Varsinais-Suomi, Satakunta, Pohjanmaa, and Kanta-Häme. The decision to introduce the service was taken by the decision-making body of each Welfare Region. The first agreed-upon projects are due to start in June.
