Administer strengthens its business in Vaasa by acquiring the accounting business of Pohjanmaan Laskenta

Administer Plc and Pohjanmaan Laskenta Oy have agreed on an acquisition whereby Administer will acquire Pohjanmaan Laskenta Oy’s accounting business. Administer already has its own accounting and payroll management office in Vaasa. The new acquisition strengthens the company’s regional operations in Western Finland.

Administer aims to serve customers as locally as possible, employ people in Finland and expand both nationally and internationally. With this new acquisition, Administer continues to implement its growth strategy. A total of nine acquisitions were carried out during 2022, and four during 2023.

The Vaasa region is a significant economic area, and with this acquisition, we are able to increase the regional market potential,” says Peter Aho, business area director of Administer financial management services.
