Vincit moves its office to the centre of Tampere, adjacent to Sponda’s Ratina shopping centre

From November 2024, Vincit will occupy the entire current co-working premises under a long-term lease. This move will see them consolidating two of its Tampere offices under the same roof.  

Vincit wanted to find business premises that differed from the more traditional office buildings in the city. They chose the 2,100 sqm premises due to its central location which will make it easier for its staff to travel to and also provides them with access to the shopping centre's wide range of services, which will support their everyday needs and make the office an attractive place to work .

The premises vacated by Supernova will be tailored according to Vincit’s wishes and needs. The aim is to create a functional and comfortable working environment that promotes collaboration, positive work culture and team wellbeing.

Sponda’s co-working activities will continue as usual in the Mothership of Work co-working hub in the centre of Helsinki, at Pieni Roobertinkatu 9.
