DNA's CEO Jussi Tolvanen brings human leadership into the spotlight. In a new podcast, Tolvanen invites top experts from various fields to share their insights and thoughts on human leadership. The first episode of the series was released on Monday, May 20, and a new episode is released every Monday.
"There is still too little talk about human leadership. That's why I invited top experts from various fields to discuss and share insights and thoughts. I hope that with this series we can together build better future leadership – so that both individuals and companies succeed," says DNA's CEO Jussi Tolvanen.
In the first episode of the podcast, which airs on May 20, Tolvanen discusses the topic "How to lead the whole person - not just the work self?" with leadership expert and author Pauli Juuti and brain researcher Katri Saarikivi. Other episodes of the series will cover topics such as inspiring employees, difficult change situations, leadership in a new type of working life, and challenges for future talents.
Guests on the podcast include philosopher Esa Saarinen, resilience researcher Elisabet Lahti, Finnair CEO Turkka Kuusisto, philosopher Lauri Järvilehto, non-fiction author and organizational consultant Karoliina Jarenko, Children and Youth Foundation and YTK Chairman of the Board Mikko-Pekka Hanski, entrepreneur and Hoiwan CEO Fadumo Ali, Commander of the Defense Forces Janne Jaakkola, and KONE's Executive Vice President, Europe Karla Lindahl.
"The human leadership podcast series offers listeners valuable information and perspectives for developing leadership. We want to stimulate societal discussion and promote more human leadership at all organizational levels," says Tolvanen.
The series offers a unique opportunity to learn and be inspired by more human leadership through experts and practical examples.
A new episode of the six-part podcast series is released every Monday on Spotify and other popular podcast platforms. The podcast is produced in collaboration with Alma Brand Studio and the episodes are published in collaboration with Kauppalehti.

Firebase Phone Number Verification (PNV) eli puhelinnumeron vahvistuspalvelu varmentaa puhelinliittymän käyttäjän puhelinnumeron suoraan operaattorilta. DNA is the first operator in the Nordic countries to offer its customers Google Firebase’s Phone Number Verification service. Firebase Phone Number Verification (PNV) confirms a mobile subscription user’s phone number directly with the operator. The service will initially work only on Android smartphones and will be available starting in spring 2026.

Apple jatkoi puolestaan yritysasiakkaiden suosituimpana valmistajana, ja iPhone 16 5G sijoittui listan ykköspaikalle.
