Gofore takes the next step in executing its strategy and begins redesigning its organisation

Gofore, together with its employees, will start planning the renewal of its organisation to support the execution of its strategy. Gofore prepares for growth with the organizational redesign and does not intend to make personnel reductions.
Gofore is updating its strategy with the goal of identifying ways to create unique value for its customers in the future, thereby supporting Gofore's growth. A strategy that reinforces the successful choices of the 2023–2024 strategy will be announced at the turn of the year.
As a continuation of executing the strategy, Gofore will begin shaping its organisation together with its employees. To enable the renewal of the organisation, legally required change negotiations will be conducted. Gofore does not seek personnel reductions through the redesign of the organisation.
"Our organisation’s redesign is a natural next step in implementing our strategy. We want to ensure that we can identify our customers' needs, support them in digital transformation, and provide them with value in the best possible way in the future," says Gofore CEO Mikael Nylund.
"In a true Gofore way, we are conducting our ongoing strategic work in dialogue with our staff. Now we will start planning together what kind of organisation will best serve the implementation of our strategy while also providing positive opportunities for Goforeans. We are preparing for growth through redesigning our organisation. The fundamentals of the digital transformation business have not disappeared, even though customer demand in the sector has been weaker for over a year," Mikael Nylund says.
In its previous strategy update announced in December 2022, Gofore has aimed to strengthen its position as an agile, culturally strong and developing top expert organisation that helps its customers in digital transformation as an agile and culturally strong, evolving top expert organisation that helps its customers in digital transformation. The growth direction of the strategy has been organic growth in the Digital Society and Intelligent Industry sectors and supporting growth with mergers and acquisitions. Digitaalisen muutoksen asiantuntijayhtiö Gofore on sopinut myyvänsä viime syksynä ostamansa Product Design & Technical Documentation -liiketoiminnan suomalaiselle energia- ja teollisuusalan suunnittelu- ja konsultointiyritys CoE Groupille. Kaupan kohteena oleva liiketoiminta on ennen kaupan toteutusta osa Huld Oy:tä. Huld Oy:ssä on vireillä osittaisjakautuminen, jonka seurauksena tämä liiketoiminta yhtiöitetään omaksi yhtiökseen. Se kattaa teollisuuden ja puolustussektorin fyysisten tuotteiden ja laitekokonaisuuksien suunnittelun ja teknisen dokumentaation ja työllistää noin 120 asiantuntijaa.

Digital transformation expert company Gofore has agreed to sell the Product Design & Technical Documentation business, acquired last autumn, to the Finnish energy and industry design and consulting company CoE Group. The business being sold is part of Huld Oy before the transaction is completed. Huld Oy is undergoing a partial demerger, after which this business will be incorporated as its own company. It covers the design and technical documentation of physical products and device assemblies for industry and the defense sector, employing about 120 experts.
