Gofore takes the next step in executing its strategy and begins redesigning its organisation

Gofore is updating its strategy with the goal of identifying ways to create unique value for its customers in the future, thereby supporting Gofore's growth. A strategy that reinforces the successful choices of the 2023–2024 strategy will be announced at the turn of the year. 

As a continuation of executing the strategy, Gofore will begin shaping its organisation together with its employees. To enable the renewal of the organisation, legally required change negotiations will be conducted. Gofore does not seek personnel reductions through the redesign of the organisation. 

"Our organisation’s redesign is a natural next step in implementing our strategy. We want to ensure that we can identify our customers' needs, support them in digital transformation, and provide them with value in the best possible way in the future," says Gofore CEO Mikael Nylund.

In its previous strategy update announced in December 2022, Gofore has aimed to strengthen its position as an agile, culturally strong and developing top expert organisation that helps its customers in digital transformation as an agile and culturally strong, evolving top expert organisation that helps its customers in digital transformation. The growth direction of the strategy has been organic growth in the Digital Society and Intelligent Industry sectors and supporting growth with mergers and acquisitions.
