Resolution of the sole shareholder of Solidium Oy on dividend distribution
The State of Finland, being the sole shareholder of Solidium Oy, has on December 13, 2024 resolved to distribute a dividend to the shareholder in an amount corresponding to the dividends received by Solidium during the period July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, totaling EUR 238,000,000.

Solidium Oy har utnämnt Matts Rosenberg (f. 1977, ED) till företagets nya verkställande direktör. Rosenberg arbetar för tillfället som verkställande direktör för Rettig. Han har över 20 års erfarenhet av aktivt ägande, investeringar och företagstransaktioner. Före Rettig var Rosenberg verksam bl.a. som vice verkställande direktör och ekonomichef i Fortaco Group, och har även arbetat inom riskkapitalbranschen på IK Partners.

Solidium on nimittänyt yhtiön uudeksi toimitusjohtajaksi Matts Rosenbergin (s. 1977, KTT). Rosenberg toimii tällä hetkellä Rettigin toimitusjohtajana. Hänellä on yli 20 vuoden kokemus aktiivisesta omistajuudesta, sijoittamisesta sekä yritysjärjestelyistä. Ennen Rettigia hän toimi mm. varatoimitusjohtajana ja talousjohtajana Fortaco Groupissa sekä pääomasijoitusammattilaisena IK Partnersilla.
