Administer strengthens its operations in several locations in Finland through three acquisitions

Administer has agreed on three new acquisitions to strengthen the regional operations of the Group’s accounting services throughout Finland.

Administer is acquiring the entire share capital of Tilikymppi Kredit Oy. Established in 1981, the accounting firm has offices in Huittinen, Vampula and Säkylä. The acquisition of the business operations of the Lahti-based Deebetti Oy offers the Group a foothold in Päijät-Häme. The acquisition of the Kouvola-based Yrityspalvelu Pioneeri Oy strengthens the Group’s regional operations in Kymenlaakso.

Administer aims to serve customers as locally as possible, employ people in Finland and expand both nationally and internationally. With these new acquisitions, Administer continues to implement its growth strategy.
