Accountor Software completes acquisition of Heeros

Accountor Software has completed the public tender offer for Heeros Plc, a Finnish SaaS company. The tender offer was made through Accountor Finago Oy and with the active support of Accountor Software’s majority owner, KKR, a leading global investment firm. Following the completion of the tender offer, Accountor Software now owns approximately 96.21 % of the shares in Heeros on a fully diluted basis.

With the acquisition, Accountor Software continues to enhance and expand its offering, firmly positioning Accountor Software as one of the leading pure-play business software players in Finland, with a growing footprint across the Nordics.
