Lotta Kopra and Annika Esono Manninen elected to the Board of St1 Nordic

The Annual General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy elected Lotta Kopra, MSc (Econ.), and Annika Esono Manninen, MSc in International Management, as new members of the Board on April 22, 2025. Lotta Kopra has most recently worked as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Annika Esono Manninen works as the Head of ESG at OP Asset Management.

At the same time, the Annual General Meeting decided to increase the number of Board members to five. The Board of St1 Nordic Oy will continue to include Kati Ihamäki, Vice President, Sustainability at Fiskars, Kim Wiio, CEO of Mininvest Oy, and Mika Anttonen, the principal owner and Chairman of the Board of St1 Nordic Oy.

St1 Suomi Oy on saattanut päätökseen tytäryhtiönsä Lämpöpuisto Oy:n sulauttamisen osaksi emoyhtiötä. Fuusio astui voimaan 31.12.2025, ja Lämpöpuisto Oy on lakannut olemasta erillinen yhtiö. Sulautuminen on osa St1:n strategiaa selkeyttää ja yksinkertaistaa konsernirakennettaan. Järjestely vahvistaa St1:n palvelukykyä, yhdenmukaistaa prosesseja ja tukee entistä tiiviimpää yhteistyötä asiakkaiden ja muiden sidosryhmien kanssa. Lämpöpuisto on ollut St1:n kokonaan omistama tytäryhtiö vuodesta 2016 alkaen. Fuusion myötä kaikki Lämpöpuisto Oy:n toiminnot, vastuut ja oikeudet ovat siirtyneet St1 Suomi Oy:lle.

St1 Suomi Oy has completed the merger of its subsidiary Lämpöpuisto Oy into the parent company. The merger took effect on 31 December 2025, and Lämpöpuisto Oy has ceased to exist as a separate entity. The merger is part of St1’s strategy to clarify and streamline its group structure. The arrangement strengthens St1’s service capabilities, harmonizes processes, and supports closer cooperation with customers and other stakeholders. Lämpöpuisto has been a wholly owned subsidiary of St1 since 2016. As a result of the merger, all operations, responsibilities, and rights of Lämpöpuisto Oy have been transferred to St1 Suomi Oy.

Energiayhtiö St1 on saanut päätökseen asemaverkostonsa uudistuksen ja toimii jatkossa yhtenäisesti St1-brändin alla. Suomessa yli 170 Shell-brändättyä asemaa on muutettu St1-asemiksi, ja verkosto kattaa nyt noin 470 St1-asemaa eri puolilla maata. Muutos on osa laajempaa Pohjoismaissa toteutettua kokonaisuutta, jossa yhteensä noin 630 Shell-brändättyä asemaa Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa on uudelleenbrändätty St1-asemiksi. Tämän myötä pohjoismainen St1-verkosto käsittää noin 1 250 energia-asemaa. Samalla yhtiö on yhtenäistänyt asemaverkostonsa palvelutarjontaa sekä laajentanut sähköautojen latausverkostoa ja raskaan liikenteen biokaasujakelua.

Energy company St1 has completed the rebranding of its retail network, finalising the company’s transition to a One Brand strategy. In Finland, more than 170 Shell-branded stations have been converted into St1 stations, creating a nationwide network of around 470 sites. The rebranding is part of a broader transformation across the Nordic countries, where a total of approximately 630 Shell-branded stations in Finland, Sweden and Norway have now been rebranded as St1. As a result, the Nordic network comprises around 1,250 St1 energy stations. Alongside the rebranding, the company has unified its customer offerings and expanded both its EV charging and heavy-duty biogas networks.
