Lotta Kopra and Annika Esono Manninen elected to the Board of St1 Nordic

The Annual General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy elected Lotta Kopra, MSc (Econ.), and Annika Esono Manninen, MSc in International Management, as new members of the Board on April 22, 2025. Lotta Kopra has most recently worked as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Annika Esono Manninen works as the Head of ESG at OP Asset Management.

At the same time, the Annual General Meeting decided to increase the number of Board members to five. The Board of St1 Nordic Oy will continue to include Kati Ihamäki, Vice President, Sustainability at Fiskars, Kim Wiio, CEO of Mininvest Oy, and Mika Anttonen, the principal owner and Chairman of the Board of St1 Nordic Oy.

The increase in net sales was due to a sharp rise in oil product prices caused by the conflict in the Middle East. The net sales of the comparison period, in turn, were reduced by the partial maintenance shutdown at St1's refinery in Gothenburg.
