Operating within the framework of Ant Star—Ant Group’s year-round campus recruitment program—Plan A specifically targets AI talents who are ambitious, adaptable, altruistic, and analytical. Outstanding graduates from universities worldwide with STEM majors are encouraged to apply for Plan A.
