Datasite Acquires Leading Private Market Intelligence Company Grata with $500 Million Investment Commitment

CapVest Partners LLP (“CapVest”), the controlling shareholder of Datasite, intends to invest $500 million, organically and inorganically, to further expand Datasite’s intelligence solutions.
