FoodIQ and Al Ain Farms Group Partner to Launch First Industrial Application of Finnish Multi Layer Cooking Technology in the MENA Region

The partnership will enable the production of clean-label, additive-free food and beverage products at industrial scale, starting with the launch of three product ranges—including dairy, high-protein, and plant-based—in the UAE within the next six months. This initiative aligns with UAE’s Food Security Strategy 2051, National Strategy for Industry & Advanced Technology, and Net Zero 2050 vision.

The signing ceremony, held at Al Ain Farms Group’s Marmum Dairy in Al Ain, featured a demonstration of the MLC platform and a tasting of the first product samples. The event was attended by senior executives from FoodIQ, Al Ain Farms Group, and Business Finland, marking the beginning of a long-term cooperation aimed at reshaping regional food manufacturing.
